Building materials containing asbestos are often found in old houses or buildings. They are found, for example, in roof panels, façade panels, pipe insulation or floor and ceiling coverings. Because of the harmful fibers (carcinogenic!), building materials containing asbestos must not be disposed of as building rubble or residual waste! Important: When working with asbestos, the relevant health and safety regulations must be observed, e.g. TRGS 519. We have summarized all important information in a leaflet (4.3.3.1).
