Construction waste (pure) such as bricks, clinker, concrete residues, ceramics (e.g. tiles, washbasins), mortar and plaster residues can be disposed of at our central landfill sites and in limited quantities from our recycling centers, in some cases for a fee.
Recycling centers “large” – up to 300 liters of construction waste
Construction waste from private households up to 300 liters can also be disposed of at the large recycling centers.
The first up to 50 liters are free of charge, for quantities over 50 liters fees apply (see fee overview below).
Small” recycling centers – small quantities up to 50 liters
Up to 50 liters of pure construction waste are accepted free of charge at the small recycling centers.
Larger quantities and commercial construction waste
Construction waste over 300 liters as well as commercial construction waste is accepted at the central landfills in Dörpen, Wesuwe, Venneberg and Flechum for a fee (see fee overview below).
The quantities are weighed at the central landfills and billed according to the fee schedule.
Construction waste does not include asbestos , aerated concrete blocks (e.g. Ytong), plaster, insulating materials, construction timber, plastics, tar/bitumen and all contaminated or coated materials. These materials must be disposed of separately.
